Our family-friendly nature walks and snowshoe tours are perfect for beginners, while our summit hikes and backcountry ski guiding can challenge even seasoned outdoor enthusiasts. Just let us know your experience level when booking, and we will customize the route accordingly.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour start time will receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, or "no-shows," are non-refundable. If we must cancel a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Absolutely! We love guiding families. We design special family-friendly nature walks and snowshoe treks that are slower-paced and focus on fun, educational wilderness activities for children. Let us know the ages of your children, and we will plan the perfect day.

Your safety is our absolute priority. Light rain or snow usually won't cancel a tour (and can make it quite an adventure!), but severe weather, high winds, lightning, or extreme avalanche risks will. If we must cancel due to weather, we will notify you as early as possible to reschedule or issue a full refund.

We provide premium trekking poles, daypacks, and organic trail snacks for our hiking tours, and premium snowshoes and poles for our winter snowshoe tours. You will need to bring your own personal apparel (hiking boots, waterproof winter clothing, gloves) and ski gear/lift passes if you book resort ski guiding. Detailed packing lists are provided upon booking confirmation.
